Our Platform
Receiving gigabytes of data over various transports and processing millions of real-time transactions on a daily basis, IntelliCast’s platform is a robust enterprise-class communications engine for back-end integration, message triggering, high-volume data processing, campaign management, rules administration, preference matching and reporting.
Our platform is designed to consume data from transactional systems in their legacy format. This means that banks can send transaction files in their native form; insurance companies can send policy renewal data as it exists today; an airline can forward reservation data for impacted passengers from existing queues; and you can forward real-time data in an existing format. Our platform is agile and was intentionally architected to minimize changes to existing systems.
Not only can our platform consume data in legacy form, but it can also listen for data over a variety of input transports. The product has native support for HTTPS, FTP, JMS Queues, SMTP and JDBC databases, and is architected so that custom input connectors can be plugged in. You can prioritize your messages to ensure that time-sensitive messages get delivered first – another critical feature of our platform.
IntelliCast is also the only provider with a platform agnostic delivery service. This means that IntelliCast offers delivery over all channels (i.e., voice, email, fax, wireless text and instant messaging) as part of our platform. However, we also offer our clients the ability to use their own internal delivery networks or the delivery network of a third-party provider if there is an existing relationship with a specific provider, which further illustrates the flexibility of our platform.
IntelliCast's platform has been used to implement small and large scale client solutions, many of which meet and exceed the published security standards for Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Gramm Leach Bliley and European Union Safe Harbor legislation.
